If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, here’s what to do.
Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Damaged Items
For items damaged in transit, please email kathy@designdance.com or call 503-588-7512 within 7 days of receiving the damaged item. Then return the damaged item to: Kathy Lull, PO Box 431, Freeland, WA 98249. Upon receipt damaged item and confirmation of the damage, the full purchase price will be refunded.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Kathy Lull is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, delivery details from the shipping carrier will provided.
Refunds
Once your item is received, it will be inspected. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, including damaged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
