Kathy is a longtime Northwest native, relocating to South Whidbey from Oregon 8 years ago. Summers are spent exploring, photographing and painting the Northwest landscape. Winters in the studio painting and teaching. She has studied at the Art Institute of Chicago, also with master Plein Air painters Richard McKinley and Ned Muller.
